Theoretical Consumption Amount: When NOTTE RESURFACER is mixed with 30%-60% sand and 20%-40% water, the theoretical coverage area is 400-750 gr/m2.

These rates vary according to the surface of the asphalt and the application temperature.

USAGE PLACES:

NOTTE RESURFACER is used to increase the adherence of the asphalt floor and cushion system on which the sports field system will be applied, as well as it can be used as a primer before repainting the existing acrylic surfaces of the sports field.

APPLICATION:

NOTTE RESURFACER will be applied must be free of dust, dirt and oil.

There should be no water on the surface.

The minimum temperature on the floor where NOTTE RESURFACER will be applied should be 10°C and the maximum temperature should be 35°C.

A minimum of 14 days for new asphalt surfaces and a minimum of 22 days for new concrete surfaces are required for application.

DRYING TIME:

1 hour (25C) (To apply the second coat, wait 2-6 hours and observe that the surface is completely dry.)

Low temperature or high humidity increases the drying time.

For surface repair, pit areas where water accumulates on both floors, and areas at low elevation, a mixture of pure acrylic, cement and sand is applied to the surface.

NOTTE RESURFACER can be applied 1 day after the repair.

NOTTE RESURFACER after epoxy coating on concrete surface

application is recommended.

Indoor applications: In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and insufficient ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be taken into account in interior spaces.

Frost protection: Since NOTTE RESURFACER is a water-based acrylic polymer, it should be protected from freezing during storage and shipping.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

NOTTE RESURFACER is mixed with water and sand and applied with a squeegee or squeegee.
