Polyurethane Paint

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

It is an alkyd resin based, non-yellowing, good UV resistance, easy to apply, good adhesion and spreading polyurethane paint. It has high covering power and is resistant to chemicals, scratches and impacts.

APPLICATION AREA:

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION:

To achieve good adhesion, the surface must be completely cleaned. It should be cleaned from oil, rust and dirt with suitable cleaning materials.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Apply 5 Units by Weight of A Comp to the prepared surface. / 1 Unit B Comp. It is mixed as follows. In two separate containers, in their own mixing ratios. All two components must be mixed together. The mixture should be made with a mechanical mixer, while the main material is mixed, the hardener should be added slowly and the mixing should continue for 5-10 minutes. should continue. After mixing, the paint should be waited for 10-15 minutes before application. The application time is adjusted to 16-22 seconds with 15-20% polyurethane thinner and applied in 2-3 layers. The mixture prepared for application should be used and finished within 4-6 hours. Paint should first be applied as a powder to the surface to be applied, and then the application should be made in the appropriate thickness. Application temperature is +5 / +35 °C.

DILUTION / MIXING RATIO:

5 parts by weight of Polyurethane Paint are mixed with 1 part by weight of Polyurethane Primer Paint Hardener. When thinning is necessary, 15-20% Polyurethane Thinner should be used. The mixture prepared for application should be used and finished within 4-6 hours.

AREA THAT CAN BE PAINTED (COVERED):

9 - 10 m²/lt in a single floor. (For 50 micron application) the area is painted.

DRYING TIME:

At 23°C, it completes touch drying in 1-2 hours and hard drying in 72 hours.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION DEVICES:

Brush, roller, paint gun STORAGE: It should be kept and stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. In its original condition, it can be stored for at least 1 year. Keep the packaging closed when used. Protect from frost.
