Epoxy Primer

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Two-component, reaction-drying, epoxy resin based, solvent-free, multi-purpose transparent

lining material.

FEATURES:

Epoxy-based leveling for priming normal and highly absorbent concrete surfaces.

Preparation of mortars, fiber wrapping works in marine applications, epoxy varnishing

It has good penetration properties and can be used under epoxy and polyurethane floor coverings in work.

It has high adhesion strength.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

NEW SURFACES:

Oil and dirt should be cleaned from the surface, the surface to be applied should be sanded and ready for painting.

Should be made suitable.

OLD PAINTED SURFACES:

Loose swollen paint on the surface should be cleaned and leveled.

The defects should be filled with epoxy putty and sanded.

All free dust formed on the surface should be cleaned with the help of vacuum.

APPLICATION:

Pre-reaction after component A and component B are mixed thoroughly with the help of a mixer.

Wait 20 minutes before application.

The surface temperature must be at least 10 °C. dew of water

Application should never be made around the temperature point (between 2-5 °C).

TOOLS USED:

Conventional type paint gun, air pressure 3-4 bar, nozzle diameter 1.4-1.6mm,

Airless gun, roller and brush can be used in small areas.

½ - 1 hour depending on air temperature

DRYING:

Touch drying 5 hours, time required to apply overcoat at least 18 hours

It takes 8 days to gain chemical resistance.

One (1) year in its unopened, closed packaging under appropriate storage conditions.
