PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin based topcoat paint.

AREAS OF USE

Solvent-free epoxy paint that can be used in factories, assembly workshops, warehouses, aircraft hangars, stores, parking lots, food facilities, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, power plants, units where hygiene is required, plaster applied surfaces, all industrial areas, high mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, easy to clean, can be used on metal and concrete surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, dust and dirt. Free parts on the surface, cement grout on concrete surfaces and parts preventing adhesion should be cleaned.

MIXTURE PREPARATION

A and B components should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained by paying attention to the mixing ratios. It is ready for application after mixing.

COATING SYSTEM

For concrete surfaces, the surface should be primed with solvent-free impregnating primer.

Solvent epoxy primer should be used on metal surfaces.

Application can be started 12 hours after priming.

For brush or roller applications, epoxy brush or roller must be used.

If necessary, the product itself can be used as a first coat primer.

In cases where high UV resistance is required, it is recommended to apply 0.150 - 0.200 kg Purpaint 925 protective coating per square meter.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

The surface should be clean, smooth, dry and should not exceed 5% humidity, if the humidity is above this, S 120 100% Epoxy Primer for Damp Surfaces should be used.

The primer must be cured before the top coat is applied.

Avoid application below 10°C and in very humid environments.

Mixing ratios must be observed.

TRANSPORTATION/STORAGE

The product should be stored between 5°C / 35°C.

The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. The opened product should be stored in its own packaging with the lid tightly closed.
